The guarantee in one paragraph

Every Sugar Control order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee measured from the purchase date. Because the formula is cumulative, the guarantee carries a fair-use floor: refund requests are accepted once you have used the product for at least 30 days. Between day 30 and day 60, a refund of the product price is yours for the asking, opened bottles included.

How to claim it

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the word refund in the subject line.
2. Support replies within 1 business day and confirms whether remaining bottles should be returned to Vantoro Brands, LLC, 1114 Harbor Loop Drive, Suite 210, Wilmington, NC 28401. Return postage, when requested, is the customer's responsibility.
3. Once approved, the refund posts to your original payment card within 5 to 10 business days.

Scope and limits

The guarantee covers the product price of one order per household and does not cover original shipping fees on 2-bottle packs. Digital bonus materials are yours to keep regardless. Orders refunded under this policy are recorded, and repeat guarantee claims may be declined. Nothing in this policy limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.

Damaged or wrong deliveries

Arrived crushed, leaking, or not what you ordered? That is not a guarantee claim; it is our mistake. Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we reship at our cost, no return needed.
